I reached out to acwholesalers.com to see if a unit would work with my current setup. The person I talked to was polite and did point out a couple compatibility things I hadn’t even thought about, so that part was useful.
At the same time, the answers felt kind of brief, and it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to fully own confirming whether it would actually work. It felt more like they were giving suggestions, but not really taking responsibility for the final call, which made me a little uneasy.

In the end, I still checked with a local tech before ordering because I didn’t want to risk buying the wrong part. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I wish the information had been more complete and there was a clearer sense of who was actually responsible for giving the final answer.
